Role: Salesforce Billing & Revenue Cloud Functional Consultant
Experience: 5–12 Years
Location:PAN INDIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Billing solutions, including invoice generation, billing schedules, payment processing, taxation, credit/debit notes, billing automation, and revenue recognition.
- Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM), including product catalog, pricing, commercial rules, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce Billing with CPQ, Orders, Contracts, and ERP/Finance systems.
- Support solution design, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops, prepare functional documentation, and provide end-user training.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on expertise inSalesforce Billing andSalesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Billing features:
- Invoice Generation

- Tax Configuration
- Credit/Debit Notes
- Billing Automation
- Revenue Recognition
- Hands-on experience withSalesforce Revenue Cloud, including:
- Product Catalog Configuration
- Advanced Pricing & Commercial Rules

- Order Management
- Subscription Management
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Billing.
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Contracts, and end-to-end Revenue Lifecycle.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and client-facing activities.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is preferred.
- Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Salesforce Billing Certification is an added advantage.
