Job Description:
Looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, creating user stories and functional documents, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes, Agile delivery, UAT support, and end-to-end project lifecycle management. Salesforce certifications are preferred.
