🔑 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 8+ years of web/e-commerce development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, coding standards, code reviews, and mentoring of onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong expertise in SFRA, including custom cartridges, controllers, models, ISML templates, hooks, jobs, cartridge paths, multi-site, and multi-locale implementations.
• Advanced Business Manager knowledge covering catalogs, price books, promotions, Page Designer, and merchandising configurations.
• Strong ReactJS experience with modern hooks and state management such as Redux Toolkit / React Query.
• Experience leading at least one Salesforce Composable Storefront / PWA Kit implementation or headless commerce migration.
• Hands-on experience with Managed Runtime, environment strategy, deployments, and release management.
• Strong expertise in SCAPI, OCAPI, and SLAS, including custom API extensions and secure shopper authentication.
• Experience architecting integrations with headless CMS, search, payment gateways, tax engines, OMS/ERP, and other third-party platforms.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, REST/JSON, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience defining branching strategies and build/deployment processes.
• Strong focus on storefront performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing estimates, leading sprint planning, and presenting architecture to stakeholders.

🎓 Certifications

• Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer – Required
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect – Strongly Preferred
• TypeScript and GraphQL experience is a plus.

📌 Preferred Profile: Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect/Tech Lead with strong Composable Commerce + PWA Kit + ReactJS + SCAPI/SLAS experience who can work directly with clients and lead technical delivery.
