Job Description: Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer
Role: Salesforce – B2B Commerce Development
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune
Experience: 5+ Years
Required Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including significant experience with B2B Commerce Cloud.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer to design, develop, and customize scalable B2B eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, API integrations, and enterprise commerce workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Develop scalable backend business logic using Apex Batch, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
  • Build responsive storefront components using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
2. B2B Commerce Implementation
  • Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud functionalities.
  • Implement contract-based pricing, pricing tiers, catalog management, and dynamic catalog routing.
  • Configure account hierarchies, approval workflows, and checkout processes.
  • Support order management, fulfillment, and procurement workflows.
3. Integration Development
  • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, including ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), payment gateways, and logistics platforms.
  • Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs, with experience in GraphQL preferred.
  • Work with middleware platforms to support reliable data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
4. Agile Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver features within agreed timelines.
5. Code Quality and DevOps
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and write maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Develop and maintain Apex Test Classes and Jest tests for quality assurance.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated deployment tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud or Commerce Cloud Lightning Experience (LE).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Apex Batch, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SLDS.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs; GraphQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, including catalog management, pricing, account hierarchies, order management, checkout, fulfillment, and procurement workflows.
  • Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud certification.
  • Experience with headless commerce architectures and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ).
  • Experience with enterprise middleware and complex system integrations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should have strong hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce development experience, a solid understanding of end-to-end B2B eCommerce processes, and the ability to build customized storefront experiences and integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications.
