The Associate Principal will lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud Service Cloud Lightning Web Components and Apex to drive business transformation and innovation

Job Description

Provide strategic leadership in Salesforce architecture focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations Design and develop scalable maintainable Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex solutions aligned with business needs Lead integration strategies using REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and architectural governance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders developers and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions Drive innovation by evaluating new Salesforce features and platform enhancements Mentor and guide senior and junior technical teams to ensure highquality deliverables and continuous skill development Oversee DevOps practices including CICD pipelines code reviews and deployment strategies to ensure efficient release management

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend Salesforce solution architecture for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud domains

Architect and develop Lightning Web Components and Apex classes to meet complex business requirements

Design and implement integration frameworks connecting Salesforce with external ERP CRM and thirdparty applications

Establish and enforce coding standards security models and performance optimization techniques

Conduct technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Drive automation and process optimization using Salesforce Flows platform events and approval processes

Manage risk and resolve technical issues impacting project delivery

Lead efforts in continuous improvement and adoption of Salesforce platform innovations

Support capacity planning sprint planning and estimation activities

Champion mentoring initiatives to elevate team capabilities and knowledge sharing
