Reports To: Store Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Lead

At Nectar Life, we're all about spreading happiness! Our colorful, plant-based, cruelty-free bath and body treats create a fun, hands-on shopping experience. We're looking for friendly, upbeat, dependable team members who enjoy helping people and staying busy.

As a Sales Support team member, you'll assist guests at checkout, restock products, keep the store clean and inviting, and support the sales team wherever needed. This is a hands-on cashier and store support position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome guests and create a friendly, fun shopping experience.
• Operate the register and accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Answer basic product questions and share promotions or add-on suggestions.
• Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Restock merchandise, organize products, and maintain attractive displays.
• Assist with inventory counts, deliveries, and merchandising updates as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping displays and fixtures, and cleaning restrooms.
• Help the sales team during busy periods and follow store safety and operating procedures.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages, including children and families.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable operating or learning a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning, restocking, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Open availability preferred, with weekend and holiday availability required.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to support the team wherever needed.
• Ability to follow company uniform and appearance standards, including wearing our signature apron.

SCHEDULE & PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS

Shifts may include mornings, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and peak retail periods. The role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, stocking, and regular cleaning. Reasonable accommodations are available as required by law.
