We are seeking a data-driven, highly analytical. Strategy & Planning contract employee for an 8-month engagement. In this role, you will act as a key partner to our Strategy team, diving deep into data to support our upcoming annual planning cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Strategy team to execute the annual planning cycle, including Capacity Modeling, Territory Planning, and Quota setting.
- Build, maintain, and manipulate data models in Google Sheets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Translate data into clear analytical insights.
- Provide ongoing analytical support for pipeline health and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to handle large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.
- A collaborative, "partner-first" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight planning deadlines.
- Experience with CRM tools or data visualization tools (like Tableau/Looker) is a plus.
