Join our seasonal team as aDenon Sales Specialist at Best Buy in Pasadena and help customers take their listening experience to the next level. You’ll bring Denon’s premium audio products to life through engaging conversations, personalized recommendations, and memorable demos, all while making holiday shopping sound a whole lot better. 

Schedule and What's in it for you?

• Seasonal Denon Sales Specialist: Starting on November 1, 2026 and running through December 23, 2026
• Holiday Seasonal Program | 20 hours per weekend; Fridays - 5pm-9pm, and Saturdays & Sundays -11am - 7pm
• Experience-Driven Earnings: Pay range is$23.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Sales Bonuses: Hit those targets and earn a bonus incentive
• W2 Employment: Weekly pay with direct deposit 
• Paid Training: Master Denon products like a pro!

Your Holiday Mission:

• Serve as a dedicated brand expert! Introduce Denon to customers and promote their home theater technology
• Turn up Denon sales! Understand customer needs, recommend the right Denon solution, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
• Build relationships: Create a positive impact with store managers and associates to increase Denon's sales in assigned store
• Engage the customer:  Interact through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
• Partner with Best Buy Associates:Support sales conversations and help them confidently recommend Denon when not directly assisting the customer
• Know the Competition:Understand Denon products, promotions, and competitive offerings so you can confidently explain why Denon is the right choice
• Keep Denon display perfect:Ensure products, displays, and demos are presentable, functional, and ready to rock the sales floor!
• Keep the momentum going: Knock-out those call reports the same day as your store visit

What You Bring to the Mix:

• Passion for Audio!Enthusiasm for home theater, music, and premium audio technology, and can quickly learn Denon products and competitive offerings.
• Previous sales experience required;Comfortable proactively approaching customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating products, and asking for the sale.
• Be a star!  Bring your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
• Customer-focused: Wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
• Reliable ride! Must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
• Physical stamina:  Able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
• Tech-ready: Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
