Experience:
- Sales: 1 year
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Aquatics experience is a plus!
- Reputable sales experience and ability to sell
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong organizational, computer, and training skills
- The ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple situations at once
- Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
- Drive sales and reach quarterly target
- Handle all communication with members and non-members through phone, text, and email.
- Process student registrations
- Resolves customer concerns using a professional approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
- Learn the product as a Swim Instructor and maintain at least one teaching shift per week.
