Sales Representatives (2 Positions)

About the Role

Our client is a market leader in the wholesale and retail distributive industry, specializing in high-quality and original brands of beverages around Kiambu and Muranga environs.

TheSales Representative is central to achieving revenue goals. He/she acts as the primary contact of the business, guiding both prospective and existing customers through the buying process.

The role involves understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships after sales.

📍Location Note: This role is based in Kenya, in the Kiambu/Muranga region.
📅Deadline: 15th October 2026

Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to new and existing customers to present and recommend products and services
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
• Process orders, handle returns, and manage pricing, discounts, or quotations
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and negotiate terms as per company policy
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends
• Record and update customer information in data systems
• Liaise with internal departments to align on customer requirements
• Provide after-sales support, including follow-up calls and service coordination

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
• At least 5 years sales and marketing experience in the FMCG sector, especially alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Driving experience is a must
• Good sales prospecting skills, sales planning, and identification of customer needs
• Self-driven, proactive, aggressive, dedicated, and a go-getter
• Computer literate
• Valid driving license (Class BCE)
• Motorbike riding will be an added advantage
