What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and returning Audi Minneapolis customers.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process.
• Deliver a consultative, personalized sales experience.
• Become an expert on Audi vehicles, features, technology, and available inventory.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Partner with the sales and finance teams to create a seamless buying experience.

What You’ll Do

• 1+ years of sales experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, luxury goods, or another customer-focused sales environment preferred.
• Luxury or high-end sales experience welcomed, including premium automotive, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, real estate, or other high-touch sales environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow sales and build a strong client base.
• Professional, polished approach with the ability to deliver a personalized experience.
• Passion for premium products, technology, and the Audi brand.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is: $70,000 to $160,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
