Sales Representative – Paraguay

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative based in Paraguayto help drive growth across the region. This person will play a key role in managing distributor and retail relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence within the consumer electronics and technology space.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to build strong partnerships, navigate regional markets, and consistently drive sales performance. We’re looking for a relationship-builder with a strategic mindset who can work both independently and cross-functionally with regional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts throughout Paraguay
• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify new business opportunities and help strengthen market presence across multiple channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help guide commercial strategy
• Partner closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, logistics, and finance
• Support forecasting, sales planning, pricing discussions, and promotional initiatives
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate retail execution and customer engagement
• Prepare business updates, sales reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong background managing distributors and key accounts within Paraguay
• Experience within consumer electronics, audio, technology, or related industries preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms

Preferred Background

• Experience working with multinational or regional organizations
• Knowledge of the Paraguayan retail and distribution landscape

Language Requirements

• Fluent Spanish required
• Advanced English preferred
• Portuguese is a strong plus
