Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $60.12/hr. - $65.46/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role will partner with executive leadership to reimagine and implement a scalable, AI-driven go-to-market operational architecture. You will drive strategic initiatives focused on enhancing seller efficiency, improving decision-making velocity, and maximizing customer value across the entire lifecycle. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful execution of complex transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate GTM strategy into actionable business processes and operational models.
- Develop analytics and forecasting models for sales performance insights.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide alignment across departments.
- Oversee critical operational cadences and GTM processes.
- Lead complex, multi-quarter sales operations programs from inception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in enterprise transformation and program management.
Experience in the SaaS/Cloud technology industry is required, with a focus on go-to-market strategy and enterprise transformation.
