Job Purpose:

Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) is a next-generation power semiconductor leader driving innovation in gallium nitride (GaN) and high-voltage silicon carbide (SiC) technologies. Our products enable faster, more efficient power delivery across AI data centers, high-performance computing, energy and grid infrastructure, and industrial electrification.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focusedSales Operations Manager to optimize our forecast-to-delivery process and align sales demand with operational delivery across Navitas's global sales organization. You'll serve as the connective point between regional Sales teams, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Service (CSR) — improving forecast accuracy across long design-in-to-production-ramp cycles, driving bookings in partnership with regional and global account teams, and coordinating supply and inventory planning so customer commitments are met without excess or obsolete inventory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Forecast Accuracy & Pipeline Management

  • Forecasting: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting cadence, ensuring high-quality inputs from regional sales teams.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze historical performance against forecast models to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve pipeline predictability.
  • Bookings & Backlog: Track bookings, backlog, and book-to-bill ratio — core semiconductor sales metrics — and report trends and risks to leadership.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Audit and maintain CRM data integrity so leadership has a clear, trustworthy view of the true sales pipeline.
  • Design-Win & NPI Tracking: Maintain visibility into the design-win and NPI (New Product Introduction) pipeline, ensuring forecasts reflect each program's stage — from customer qualification and sampling through ramp to volume production.

Order Booking & Quote-to-Cash

  • Booking Drive: Partner closely with regional sales teams to actively drive deals from quotation through validation to official order booking, monitoring progress against regional booking targets and flagging at-risk deals early.
  • Global Account Coordination: For global and strategic accounts spanning multiple sales territories, coordinate quoting, terms, and booking activity across regions to keep commitments consistent and avoid conflicting terms between territories.
  • Cross-Region Workforce Coordination: Align with regional sales operations counterparts across time zones on hand-offs, process consistency, and reporting cadence, so global deals move smoothly regardless of which region originates or closes them.
  • Booking Reporting: Track regional and global booking performance against targets, giving sales leadership clear visibility into where deals stand in the booking funnel.

Supply & Demand Planning Coordination

  • Forecast-to-Build Alignment: Partner with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to translate the sales forecast into a build plan, providing the demand signals SCM needs for capacity planning and production scheduling.
  • Capacity Planning: Work with SCM through each capacity planning cycle, bringing account- and region-level sales input so capacity and material plans reflect real demand.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels against sales velocity and forecast, working with SCM and Sales to keep stock at healthy levels — enough to meet demand without excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the connective link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service (CSR) so order fulfillment runs smoothly from forecast through delivery, with clear ownership at each hand-off.
  • Risk Mitigation: Run regular supply reviews with SCM and CSR to catch risk on both sides early — potential shortages or delays that threaten customer commitments, and excess or slow-moving inventory building up against a softening forecast — and communicating either risk to sales leadership before it becomes a bigger problem.
  • S&OP Participation: Represent Sales Operations in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing forecast and account context into supply and capacity discussions.
  • Distributor Inventory Alignment: Coordinate with the Distribution Management team and SCM to confirm distributor inventory is tracking to plan, flagging deviations between planned and actual channel stock levels so they can be corrected quickly.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s)

  • Experience: 10 + years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Supply Planning, ideally within the semiconductor, electronic components, or broader hardware/hi-tech industry.
  • Semiconductor Supply Chain Knowledge: Experience with semiconductor supply chain, and a working understanding of the manufacturing process (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly, and test) sufficient to translate sales forecasts into meaningful input for SCM's build and capacity plans.
  • Quote-to-Cash Fluency: Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from lead generation and quoting through fulfillment and billing — and of semiconductor-specific dynamics such as design-in cycles, bookings/backlog, and book-to-bill reporting.
  • Systems: Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics365, Model-N) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); comfort with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat to the future of power electronics. Work on cutting-edge GaN and SiC technologies that are transforming AI data centers, electrification, and global energy infrastructure.
  • A fast-paced, high-energy environment. We move quickly, make decisions with purpose, and empower employees to take ownership and drive real impact from day one.
  • A team that shows up and delivers. We care deeply about our mission, our customers, and each other. We collaborate, support one another, and bring intensity and accountability to everything we do.
  • Full support to succeed. You’ll have access to leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the resources needed to innovate and execute at a high level.
  • Competitive total rewards. Comprehensive health coverage, PTO, and a competitive compensation package including base salary & performance bonus.
