Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards.

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share insights with leadership.

• Coordinate with Finance, Product, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

• Monitor target allocation and incentive calculations.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales productivity.

• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of merchants/clients.

• Support sales forecasting and pipeline management.

• Handle CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.

• Assist in preparing presentations and performance reports for management reviews.
