Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Summary 

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support by coordinating & processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. This role also provides administrative support to Leadership and assists with general office operations as needed. 

This is a part-time position working 4 hours / day Monday - Friday. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities and customer requests. 

• Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documentation. 

• Maintain customer records, pricing, and CRM/ERP data. 

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other business analytics. 

• Coordinate customer communications and provide order status updates. 

• Support new customer setup and maintain sales documentation. 

• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. 

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents. 

• Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales events. 

• Assist with general office administrative functions as needed. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe). 

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy. 

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
