Sales Operations Analyst I

Company Description / Details

A leading global technology company seeks a Sales Operations Analyst I to support contract fulfilment, deal operations, supplier onboarding, payout processing, data validation, and reporting.

  • Pay Rate:$60/hr on W2

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations, contract, and payout transactions in a high-volume environment.
  • Create, update, and maintain Salesforce records, including accounts, contracts, incentive requests, and payout records.
  • Review contract information and accurately enter key terms, dates, approved amounts, caps, entities, and other required data.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and procurement activities from intake through activation.
  • Prepare and submit payout requests with accurate supporting documentation.
  • Track transactions from request through approval and payment.
  • Validate payout amounts against contract terms, approved amounts, and budget information.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, rejected transactions, and exceptions.
  • Maintain recurring trackers, reports, and status updates.
  • Perform data quality checks and reconciliations across Salesforce, contract, procurement, and finance systems.
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and complete transactions.
  • Follow established SOPs and support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contract administration, revenue operations, procurement, AP/AR, payroll operations, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience supportingdeal fulfillment or transactional operations.
  • Experience reviewing, preparing, updating, or interpreting contracts or contract-related documentation.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, data cleanup, and reconciliation.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to invoices, payments, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, or procurement workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow documented processes accurately and identify process gaps.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling data.

Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years of relevant sales operations, contract, deal desk, procurement, AP/AR, or related experience.
  • Hands-ondeal fulfillment/transaction lifecycle experience.
  • Contract/legal-adjacent experience with contracts clearly demonstrated on the resume.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactional work.
  • StrongExcel/spreadsheet and data validation skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Deal Desk experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Payroll operations experience.
  • Procurement or supplier onboarding experience.
  • Experience with invoices, POs, payouts, or payment processing.
  • Advanced Excel skills includingVLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional logic, and reconciliation.
  • Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience.
  • Experience improving or automating manual processes.
