Pay rate:60/hr on W2
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

About the Role
We are seeking aSales Operations Analyst I to support the day-to-day execution of partner incentive and investment programs for a leading technology organization.
This role focuses on the operational lifecycle of deals fromcontracting and supplier onboarding through validation, approval, and final payout. You will work across Salesforce, procurement and finance systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools to ensure records are complete, transactions are accurate, and payments move through the process efficiently.
This is a highly detail-oriented, high-volume role where accuracy matters. You will be responsible for maintaining clean data, validating contractual and financial information, tracking transactions, resolving exceptions, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into the status of their requests.
Approximately80% of the work is performed in Salesforce, with the remaining work involving contracts, procurement systems, finance workflows, spreadsheets, and other internal tools.
The ideal candidate enjoys structured operational work, is comfortable working with detailed information, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
What You’ll Do
Contract & Records Operations
- Create, update, and maintain Salesforce records, including accounts, contracts, incentive requests, and payout records.
- Enter and validate contract information such as legal entities, term dates, approved amounts, caps, GL accounts, cost centers, projects, purchasing categories, and supplier numbers.
- Review records for missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent information and proactively correct issues.
- Validate system records against contracts and other source documentation.
- Perform recurring data-quality and completeness checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Coordinate supplier setup and onboarding through internal procurement systems.
- Track onboarding requests from submission through supplier record activation.
- Monitor third-party assessment and onboarding status and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Identify and escalate blockers that could delay supplier activation or downstream transactions.
- Maintain accurate supplier reference data across procurement systems and Salesforce.
- Support contract, purchase order, and non-PO documentation requirements.
- Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation throughout the process.
- Prepare and submit payout requests with complete and accurate supporting documentation.
- Validate invoice descriptions, amounts, currency, dates, coding, required attachments, and other submission requirements.
- Confirm payout amounts are within applicable contract caps and approved amounts.
- Verify accounting codes align with the appropriate budget and that the entity matches the underlying contract.
- Track payouts from initial request through approval and payment.
- Maintain accurate status and aging information for open payout requests.
- Investigate rejected transactions and exceptions, identify root causes, and coordinate resubmission.
- Document recurring issues and identify opportunities to prevent future errors.
- Reconcile paid amounts against approved and contracted amounts and escalate discrepancies with supporting details.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, and other stakeholders on documentation requests and month- and quarter-end activities.
- Maintain recurring trackers, dashboards, and operational reports on a defined cadence.
- Produce reporting on committed, approved, paid, and remaining program amounts.
- Perform structured completeness and quality checks before records move to the next stage.
- Reconcile data across Salesforce, contracts, procurement systems, finance systems, and operational trackers.
- Maintain open-item logs and proactively follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions.
- Manage operational templates, intake forms, lists, picklists, access requests, and queue configurations within internal tools.
- Maintain clear, current, step-by-step SOPs for recurring processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and scale manual processes.
- Support efforts to move operational workflows toward greater automation and scalability.
Must Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales/revenue operations, deal fulfillment, contract administration, procurement, AP/AR, data entry/QA, or a related field.
- Hands-on deal fulfillment experience, including experience moving deals, transactions, or similar requests through a contracting-to-payout or equivalent fulfillment lifecycle.
- Contract or legal-adjacent experience, including the ability to read, interpret, prepare, update, or act on specific contractual terms.
- Experience working with detailed information such ascontract terms, dates, amounts, caps, entities, approvals, or financial coding.
- Demonstrated ability to maintainexceptional accuracy in high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work.
- Strong ability to follow documented processes precisely while recognizing when a process or transaction requires additional investigation.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, includinglookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, data cleanup, and basic reconciliation.
- Exposure to transactional finance or procurement workflows, such asinvoices, payments, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, or approval routing.
- Clear and concise written communication skills, with the ability to communicate issues and status using relevant supporting information.
- Ability to handle confidential partner, contract, and financial information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience inDeal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-onSalesforce experience, including navigating objects, list views, reports, record updates, or bulk edits.
- Experience working across multiple systems where data must be reconciled betweenCRM, procurement, finance, contract, and supplier platforms.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, procurement operations, PO/non-PO processes, invoice processing, or payout operations.
- Experience creating or maintainingoperational dashboards, trackers, reports, or SOPs.
- Experience identifying opportunities toscale, streamline, standardize, or automate manual processes.
- Comfort operating in environments where multiple systems or data sources may not perfectly reconcile.
- Experience supporting month-end or quarter-end operational or financial processes.
About the Team
The team supports scaled incentive programs for partners, agencies, and advertisers. These programs involve multiple stages, including partner eligibility, enrollment, contracting, supplier onboarding, validation, and final payout.
As a Sales Operations Analyst I, you will play an important role in executing this lifecycle and ensuring each transaction moves through the process accurately and efficiently.
The team is also focused on scaling its operations by moving from manual and offline workflows towardmore standardized, automated, and scalable processes.
This means you will have opportunities to identify inefficiencies, improve documentation, and help create more efficient ways of working.
This is an internal operations and execution role, not a quota-carrying sales position.
Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on customer-facing sales, business development, or quota attainment without meaningful transactional, contract, fulfillment, or operations experience may not be the best fit.
