About the Job:
The Red Hat Global Business Delivery Team is looking for aSales Operations Analyst to join us inPune, India. In this role, you will support sales operations activities for the Red Hat Executive team, with a focus on data quality, reporting, process management, and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support mission-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own and execute sales operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Analyze sales data and reporting to identify trends, data gaps, and actionable insights.
- Investigate data integrity issues, identify root causes, and drive appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Support CRM data management, governance, and compliance across the sales organization.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Support system enhancements, data migrations, and other sales operations initiatives.
- Leverage approved AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree; an equivalent degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working withSalesforce or other CRM platforms, including opportunity management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Understanding of theIT sales lifecycle, Sales Operations, and Route to Market.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Experience with data imports/exports, APIs, or CRM data management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive them through to completion.
