Choosing a senior living community is a meaningful decision. At Greencroft Goshen, you’ll help prospective residents and families navigate that process while leading a sales team focused on service, trust, and results.

We’re seeking an experienced sales professional who can develop a strong team, build lasting relationships, and support occupancy across our independent and assisted living programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, overseeing daily operations and performance goals.
• Connect with prospective residents and families through inquiries, tours, and consistent follow-up.
• Secure housing commitments and coordinate healthcare inquiries.
• Manage waitlists, monitor sales and move-in activity, and use occupancy trends to guide marketing strategies.
• Partner with campus teams to coordinate smooth move-ins and resident transitions.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and build a cohesive, service-focused team.

What You’ll Bring

• Sales and admissions experience in senior living or healthcare, particularly within a continuum of care setting.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Supervisory skills and the ability to coach a team and manage department priorities.
• An understanding of older adults’ needs and adaptability as those needs change.
• Strong organizational, data entry, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

This leadership role requires work beyond 40 hours per week, typically no more than 50.
