Pay Range: $61,381–$75,317 annually

Southfield Village is seeking a dynamic, relationship-drivenSales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts, grow community awareness, and guide prospective residents and their families through the journey of choosing senior living.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, providing a welcoming and personalized experience for prospective residents and their families.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support community growth and occupancy goals.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, local organizations, and the broader community.
• Plan engaging events, community tours, and outreach activities that showcase life at Southfield Village.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and the Greencroft Communities marketing team to strengthen community visibility and engagement.
• Lead, coach, and support team members while monitoring sales performance and marketing results.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales goals.
• Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Aline is a plus.
• A commitment to compassionate service and the mission and values of Greencroft Communities.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
