We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our secured business sales efforts at multiple locations. This role is critical for driving growth in our asset finance and loan against property segments, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious business targets.

• 1.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) and other asset-backed financial products.
• 2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key clients to expand market reach and generate leads.
• 3.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• 4.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process.
• 5.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
• 6.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions.
• 7.Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Credit, Operations, and Risk to ensure seamless processing and customer satisfaction.
• 8.Drive initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence within the secured business portfolio.
• 9.Represent the company in various forums and events to promote our secured business offerings and build brand presence.
