Job Purpose:

Drive Loan on Cards sourcing via digital channels

Boost productivity, manage costs, ensure compliant sourcing

Hire sales officers, maintain budgeted manpower

Coach, mentor, motivate team for productivity

Conduct training and refresher sessions

Drive cross-sell: MerchantAcq, Credit Cards, TPP, CASA, Assets

Adhere to sales processes

Cross-sell to existing customers for activation, usage

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned LOC targets

Train, engage team

Activate SOs, ensure LOC productivity

Visit Sales Hubs, Branch Offices

Drive cross-sell: Merchant Acquiring, Credit Cards, TPP

Sell bank assets: Credit MEG OD, RA Loans

Hire suitable SO candidates

Minimize team attrition

Coach SO team on product, processes

Motivate, mentor team for productivity

Conduct timely training, refresher sessions

Ensure PLP clarity for team members

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation

Post-Graduation/MBA

Key Skills:

Sales, influencing skills

Banking product, process knowledge

Planning, organizing skills

Communication

Team handling experience preferred

Experience Required:

2-4 years sales, relationship management

Preferred: Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Financial Services
