What will your responsibilities be?

• Develop and implement distribution and sales strategies to increase sales volume, market share and profitability.

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team through clear objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.

• Prepare annual sales plans and forecasts and ensure the achievement of agreed targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

• Manage pricing and discount strategies while protecting margins and profitability.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, conversion rates and accurate data management in Salesforce.

• Collaborate with other departments and regularly report sales results and market developments to management.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role(experience in the construction industry is an advantage).

• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to introduce new ideas.

• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.

• A valid Category B driving licence.
