Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Sales Manager who will build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team across our different business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-sector, fast-paced environment and can align sales strategies to diverse customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenues across all units

• Identify new market opportunities and customer segment

  Team Leadership & Development

• Build, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals

• Set performance KPIs and foster a results-driven culture

  Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Drive awareness and visibility of all business units through strategic marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with branding, digital, and operations teams for customer-focused campaigns

  Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decisions

What We are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)

• 5+ years in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in retail, health, or FMCG sectors

• Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple product lines

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Flexibility to work across business units with different customer profiles
