Starting at $65,000 per year + incentive bonus

Position Overview
Do you enjoy coming to work every day and helping others? As a Sales Manager, you will build community networks, build relationships, and pursue opportunities. We are searching for someone with a passion to help our cherished elders live their best quality of life.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading our efforts in increasing community occupancy by conducting consistent outreach
• Evaluating prospective residents needs and asks, completing follow up based on those needs and inquiries
• Building and maintaining client relationships, tracking and monitoring metrics, meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned.
• Conducting tours for prospective residents, families and loved ones.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be interpersonal and have strong communication skills, possess a strong sales background and have a strong acumen for strategic planning.
• Lead candidates should be comfortable in multitasking and are able to meet assigned goals
• Understands and keeps up-to date with sales calls, and provides timely follow-ups, feedback and support as appropriate.
