• Pay: $ 16-$18
• Schedule:Monday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Tuesday Off, Wednesday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and one Sunday per month from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Due to high sales volume at BMW/Mini of Sterling, we need an additional Lot Attendant to support inventory management, vehicle prep, and efficient operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly for this position is $16 to $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
