About the Role
Join the sales team at an AI communications SaaS startup and own the German-speaking top of the funnel. You will turn qualified interest into demos for Account Executives while helping improve how the SDR function works.
What You'll Do
Qualify inbound leads from marketing and prioritize timely follow-up.
Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Build, test, measure, and refine outreach sequences and sales hypotheses.
Hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives and support customer onboarding during transitions.
Improve SDR workflows and processes in a fast-growing startup environment.
Work toward progression into an Account Executive role through strong performance.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales; promising junior candidates may also be considered.
Native-level German and strong professional spoken and written English.
Experience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing, and improving sales sequences.
B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.
A competitive, results-oriented approach, comfort with experimentation, and motivation to contribute in a startup setting.
Interest in a performance-driven role with potential to grow into an Account Executive position.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000, with uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
