Who we are
We’re on a mission to transform how fleets operate, using cutting-edge camera technology, AI, machine learning and telematics to make roads safer and businesses smarter.
As an award-winning SaaS company in a high-growth phase, we’re scaling fast and expanding into new markets worldwide. Our technology gives fleet operators real-time visibility, reduces risk, improves efficiency, and helps set new safety standards across the industry.
Join a global, ambitious team and be part of what's next!
The Role
You will open conversations with the safety, risk and fleet leaders of construction supply-chain fleets in your territory, and set up the first meetings that our Sales Directors turn into customers. This is research-led, account-based prospecting, not high-volume dialling. You will be paid for meetings that are held with the right people at the right companies.
This is a hybrid role based in downtown Austin Texas, with travel to customer sites and events as required.
What you will do
Research named target accounts using fleet registration data and industry sources, and confirm they fit our profile
Run personalised outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, tailored to materials suppliers, equipment providers and specialty subcontractors
Follow up introductions from insurance brokers, general contractors, trade events and associations
Book and confirm first meetings, and brief the Sales Director on each account before the call
Identify the stakeholders at each account and record them in the CRM
Keep every activity and meeting recorded accurately in the CRM
Join weekly call reviews and share what is working with the team
What success looks like
30 days: certified on account research, cold calls and outreach sequences
90 days: 6 or more held first meetings a month with qualified fleets
6 months: 8 to 10 held meetings a month, with 75% of booked meetings taking place and 40% or more becoming qualified opportunities
What you bring
1 to 3 years in B2B outbound sales or a customer-facing role with targets
Confidence talking to operations and safety leaders in blue-collar industries
Discipline in research and written outreach, and good judgement on which accounts to pursue
Comfort with a CRM and sales engagement tools
Nice to have: experience in fleet, construction, equipment, trucking or insurance; work background in the trades.
