Our mission is simple: support our customers with the right products, technical knowledge, and responsive service—so they can deliver great results, on time and on budget.

This is acustomer-facing, field-driven sales role with a focus on territory development and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a portfolio of flooring contractors, installers, and construction professionals.
• Conduct in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to build lasting customer relationships.
• Provide product recommendations and usage guidance (training provided).
• Work closely with the distribution and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right product solutions (e.g., adhesives, finishes, equipment, fasteners).
• Track sales activities and follow up on quotes and leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and account growth targets.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Represent Four Branches with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (flooring/construction industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent follow-through and time management.
• Comfortable with both cold outreach and managing long-term client relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Familiarity with flooring products, tools, or materials is a plus—but not required (we train).
