As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the sales process from the initial inquiry through event execution. You’ll help manage group reservations, prepare proposals and event documents, coordinate details with clients, and partner with Sales, Culinary, Banquets, and other departments to bring each event to life. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to service will help create seamless experiences for our clients and their guests.

Education and Experience

• College diploma preferred, ideally in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Delphi or similar sales and catering systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
• Ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma State ABLE License, as required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on client and event needs.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
• Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines and client needs.
• Availability to support on-site events and respond to last-minute requests as needed.
