Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership processes.
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to personal accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, or other customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience with lead follow-up, prospecting, appointment setting, and closing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online customer engagement.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
