Sales Account Manager in the North West | Medical & Fitness
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 plus bonus
Travel: Regular field travel throughout territory

Our client is looking for an ambitiousSales Account Managerto take ownership of their medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness sales across the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative, field-based sales environment and enjoys the freedom to develop their own territory. You’ll be responsible for thefull sales cycle, from identifying and engaging new prospects through to demonstrations, negotiation and closing, while also developing long-term relationships with existing customers.

About this exciting new job in fitness:

• Develop new business across the medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness sectors throughout the North West

• Build, manage and continually develop a strong territory sales pipeline

• Prospect and engage with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, fitness facilities, physiotherapy centres and wellness businesses.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations and customer training.

• Own the complete sales process, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close

• Develop key accounts and identify multi-site and strategic growth opportunities.

• Attend relevant medical, fitness and industry events to generate opportunities and build relationships.

About you:

We’re looking for a commercially minded sales professional who is confident prospecting, building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years' B2B sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, fitness technology, wellness or a related sector. You could also be coming from an operational background in the fitness industry and be an aspiring commercially driven GM or Sales Manager ready to take your next step up

• A proven track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Tenacity!

• Strong commercial, negotiation and territory-management abilities.

• A full, valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly throughout the North West

• An established network in the fitness/ leisure industry and/ or a background in capital equipment sales is highly desirable but not essential

This is more than simply an account management position. You’ll have the opportunity tobuild and shape a territory, create new relationships from the ground up and make a real commercial impact.
