SailPoint IIQ Operations Lead / IAM Operations Lead

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SailPoint IIQ Operations Lead / IAM Operations Lead for their Juno Beach, FL location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Own production operations of SailPoint IIQ environment ensuring system health, SLA compliance, and swift resolution of provisioning incidents and access escalations.
• Lead and mentor the IAM Ops team on IIQ workflows, rule customization, and application integrations while managing workload distribution and sprint backlog priorities.
• Govern deployments and releases by coordinating code merges, production validations, and change management adherence with zero-defect delivery standards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure, and Product Owner teams to resolve IAM blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure zero escalation across stakeholders.
• Optimize and report — continuously improve IAM runbooks and operational procedures while delivering concise risk dashboards and governance metrics to leadership.

• 7+ years SailPoint IIQ Product Knowledge, UI debugging, Operations knowledge - Expert
• 3+ years on Oracle DB knowledge, should be able to write SQL script to fetch data - Medium
• 2+ Years of Certificate, Linux, Basic firewalls - Medium
