Role Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint ISC. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC implementation, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) solutions, including configuration and customization.
- Onboard applications using out-of-the-box and custom connectors such as:
- Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- JDBC
- Web Services
- Flat Files
- SaaS Applications
- Configure and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and identity profiles.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint ISC Transforms, Rules, and Workflows.
- Configure and manage Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, and Governance Groups.
- Implement and support Access Requests, Approval Workflows, and Access Certifications (Manager, User, and Application Owner Reviews).
- Develop API-based integrations and automations using SailPoint ISC REST APIs.
- Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) implementations.
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with authoritative sources such as Workday and other HR systems.
- Support ServiceNow integration for access request and fulfillment processes.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support UAT and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues using logs and debugging tools.
- Provide production support and participate in issue resolution activities.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
