SailPoint Business Analyst t

We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint Business Analyst to support client's Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation and managed services program. The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IAM governance teams, application owners, architects, and technical delivery teams to define, document, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ requirements.

The role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, application onboarding, role engineering, access governance, certification campaigns, identity lifecycle management, and support for IAM transformation initiatives across approximately 250 integrated applications and 60,000 users.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong SailPoint IIQ functional knowledge

Experienced in IAM governance and access management

Able to work with business and technical stakeholders

Hands-on experience with role modeling, certifications, and application onboarding

Good documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document IAM requirements (BRD/FRD)

Conduct stakeholder workshops

Manage JML lifecycle processes

Support role engineering and RBAC initiatives

Coordinate application onboarding into SailPoint

Support access certification campaigns and SoD reviews

Assist IAM transformation and automation initiatives

Liaise with business owners, architects, compliance teams, and developers
