Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develops project plans, defines milestones and deliverables, assigns responsibilities, manages resources, and monitors project progress. Communicates regularly with stakeholders, identifies potential risks and issues, and develops appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures that project objectives are clearly understood and achieved while maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular status reports to management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment

• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software

• Optimize application performance and scalability

• Contribute to architecture and design discussions

• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go)

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or working with microservices architecture

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Exposure to agile development methodologies

• Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) if applicable to the role

• Prior involvement in codebase migration, scalability improvements, or system re-architecture
