Finance Manager

- Direct reporting to General Manager and functionally report to Rexel China CFO
- Work Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities
1. Overall responsible for the Company's financial management, improve financial operating results, focus on KPIs including Sales, Margin, FCF, ATWC and EBIT. Full involvement and lead for the monthly forecast, regional P&L analysis and management, integrated business planning, and annual budget. Continuously optimize overall financial operation efficiency through refined management and data analysis, and ensure the steady improvement;

2.  Strengthen the whole-process control of financial expenditures, strictly control unreasonable expenditures, optimize the processes and ensure all expenditures are compliant, efficient and accurate.

3.  In charge of internal control and support external audit, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively propose corrective actions.

4.  Lead new tool implementation and automation efforts to improve finance and operation processes.

5.  Lead cross-departmental collaboration and communication, cooperate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and other departments, strengthen financial coordination in all operation links, promote efficient linkage between business and finance, and comprehensively enhance the company's overall operation and financial operation efficiency.

6.  Deeply assist the General Manager in formulating business strategies, provide professional financial analysis and decision-making suggestions on customer, market and operation sectors, track the implementation effect of strategies, conduct timely review and optimization, and provide solid financial support for the company's business decisions.

1.  Bachelor's degree or above in finance-related majors, with more than 10 years of financial work experience and experience as a finance executive or team leader in big MNCs; 

2.  Priority candidates with working experience in Big Four accounting firms or distribution industry. 

3.  Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, proficient in solving problems in complex environments, and expert in receivable management, expenditure control and financial operation analysis.
