Are you an experienced Windows systems specialist looking to work in a critical enterprise environment?
Inetum is hiring aWindows Expert to join our infrastructure team and take ownership of installation, performance, security, and automation across Windows-based systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server operating systems and system management tools.
• Monitor and managesystem performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Implement and maintainsecurity controls, user access management, patching, and hardening (in coordination with the Security team).
• Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues related to Windows environments, working closely with other IT teams and end-users.
• Developautomation scripts usingPowerShell andAnsible to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with the wider infrastructure team to support business continuity, monitoring, and IT operations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Minimum of5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of theWindows environment, including:
  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • System hardening
  • Automation and scripting
• Proficiency withSolarWinds for monitoring, performance tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding ofnetworking protocols:DNS,DHCP,load balancing, andSSL VPNs.
• StrongPowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Ability todiagnose and resolve complex issues in Windows environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent inEnglish (B2–C1 level).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Azure.
• Familiarity withVMware or other virtualization platforms.
• Understanding ofITIL practices (incident and change management).
