Remote - Implementation Lead

We are a fast growing, Series A healthcare tech startup backed by Maverick Ventures, transforming how care management is delivered and scaled. 

We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a Implementation Lead to join our customer experience team and help us 10x our impact. This person will own client implementations from kickoff to Go-Live, working cross-functionally across our sales, technology, clinical, operations, and client teams to ensure programs launch on time with an exceptional customer experience, and deliver measurable value.

This role will report directly to our Head of Implementation and has the opportunity with significant room to grow in scope as the team does. 

What You’ll Do 

• • Own end-to-end implementation projects, from client kickoff through go-live and stabilization 
• • Serve as the primary project leader, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders 
• • Serve as the face of CareHarmony with key customer stakeholders, from CFOs to clinical leads, physician champions, and IT.  
• • Directly manage EHR integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness 
• • Lead training sessions while driving physician adoption, engagement, and organizational socialization of the program 
• • Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones 
• • Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution 
• • Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows 
• • Partner closely with leadership to continuously improve implementation speed, quality, and client experience 

What We’re Looking For  

• • Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, implementation, project management, and/or startup environments 
• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience 
• • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams 
• • Demonstrated experience directly managing EHR/EMR integrations 
• • Experience in population health, value-based care, care management is a plus  
• • High bias to action — you see a problem, take ownership, and drive it toward resolution 
• • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and external client stakeholders  
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving
