What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire our demand planners, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to unlock their full potential.
  • Own Emma’s S&OP process, analyzing sales data and pulling in insights from all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with country teams, marketing, and operations to make sure customer insights drive our forecasts.
  • Partner with the Supply Planning team to ensure our demand plan aligns with supply, keeping inventory levels in check.
  • Always be on the lookout for ways to improve and push forward continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the game by tracking market trends, competitor activity, and external factors that impact demand planning – adjusting forecasts as needed.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have solid experience in demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • You’ve got strong leadership and team management skills.
  • You know your way around forecasting tools and methodologies.
  • You’re analytical, love digging into data, and have a knack for solving problems.
  • You communicate and collaborate effortlessly across teams, and your English skills are top-notch.
