About the RoleÂ
As a Senior Associate, Creative Technology, you will help build immersive, interactive, and visually compelling digital experiences that bring brand stories to life. This role is ideal for a strong front-end or creative technologist who enjoys translating design intent into polished, performant, and engaging web experiences.Â
You will work closely with designers, UX teams, content creators, and engineers to develop responsive, animation-rich websites and interactive experiences. You should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working across modern front-end stacks, and excited by the intersection of storytelling, design, and technology.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Build production-quality, reusable, and performant components using React, Next.js, and TypeScriptÂ
Contribute to and consume shared component libraries, documented and tested in Storybook, across desktop and mobile variantsÂ
Translate visual concepts, storyboards, and motion ideas into polished, pixel-perfect web experiencesÂ
Implement interactive features such as scroll-driven narratives, parallax, micro-interactions, and dynamic content transitions using GSAP, Framer Motion, CSS animation, or hand-built solutions where component libraries don't cover motionÂ
Integrate front-end experiences with headless CMS platforms — primarily Contentful, alongside WordPress — including content modelling, preview flows, and structured content APIsÂ
Build data visualizations and interactive components using D3.js, Chart.js, or similarÂ
Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, backend services, and data layers (e.g. DynamoDB, Redis-backed caching)Â
Support deployment and CI/CD workflows on AWS across environments, working alongside DevOpsÂ
Own performance outcomes: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, image and font optimization, bundle size, and rendering strategy (SSR, SSG, ISR)Â
Ensure experiences meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibilityÂ
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, and help raise the bar on engineering practicesÂ
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of day-to-day delivery, and stay current on emerging AI-enabled web experiencesÂ
What We're Looking ForÂ
4–6 years of experience in front-end development, creative technology, or full-stack web developmentÂ
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, custom properties, container queries)Â
Demonstrable production experience with React and Next.js — App Router, server and client components, and rendering strategy trade-offsÂ
Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful strongly preferred) and an understanding of content modellingÂ
Proven ability to build animation and interaction work: GSAP, Framer Motion, ScrollTrigger, or equivalent. WebGL/Three.js experience is a plusÂ
Familiarity with component-driven development and design systems, including StorybookÂ
Comfort with Git-based workflows: feature branching, code review, rebasing, and conflict resolutionÂ
Working knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelinesÂ
A strong eye for detail and the ability to hold a design team's intent through to the shipped buildÂ
Experience partnering directly with designers, UX, and content teams in an agency or client-services environmentÂ
Bonus: styling systems (Tailwind, CSS Modules, styled-components), testing (Jest, Playwright, Cypress), analytics/event instrumentationÂ
Who You AreÂ
A creative technologist with strong front-end fundamentals and an eye for detailÂ
Someone who enjoys building engaging digital experiences at the intersection of design and engineeringÂ
A collaborative team player who works well with designers, writers, strategists, and developersÂ
Curious about emerging technologies and excited to experiment with new tools and approachesÂ
Committed to clean code, strong execution, and continuous learningÂ
