Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focusedHR Coordinator to support daily human resources functions includingrecruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement. This role is essential to ensuring a positive employee experience from hire to retention.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinaterecruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage and executenew hire onboarding and orientation processes
Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)
Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires
Qualifications
PriorHR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)
PBJ experience required
Experience withpayroll processing (Workday preferred)
Strong recruiting and onboarding experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Passion for creating agreat employee experience
