The successful candidate will beskilled atdesigning processes and tools thatdriveequitable involvement, culturalcompetence andbelonging across the company.They will link IDEX’s operational outcomes toorganizational behavioral anchors.In this role, the leader will serve as a member of the Talent and Culture team and willwork closely with HR and business leaders to help define the cultural behavioral shiftsand leadership expectations needed for IDEX’s next chapter.They will embedtheseculture elements into key HR processes anddevelop meaningful ways to understand and measure organizational culture over time. Â

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ

CultureStrategy Development and Embedment Â
Leads the development and evolution ofenterprise culture frameworks, operating mechanisms andleadership expectations that strengthen organizational culture and enable business performanceÂ
Identifies and applies current research and best practice tosustain a values-based, inclusive culture while continuing to evolve forhigher performance and growthÂ
Co-develops cultural “from-to” to support IDEX’s future state leadership, behavioral and organizational expectationsÂ
Partners with leaders toidentify where enterprise consistency strengthens organizational culture while enabling flexibility to meet local business or regional needsÂ

SystemicCultureChange Â
Builds repeatable, enterprise-wide culturemechanisms andcapabilities that can scale with, or accelerate,the organization’s continued growthÂ
Partners with (and co-leads) efforts to improve engagement andculture for IDEX platforms and business units.Â
Evolves andimproves IDEXpeople processes by embedding research,cultural insights and feedback in process design and implementation.Â
Collaborates with HR leaders to createmetrics and feedback loops to assessIDEX’s culture, and desired shiftsrequired for growthat the team, businessunit and organizational levels. Â
Supportsidentifying areas for improvement, and helping business unitsidentify countermeasures to address opportunity areas/ reinforce strengthsÂ
Supports IDEX’s Talent team in assessing and improving IDEX’s employee value propositionÂ
Developscomprehensive enterprise listening approaches (beyond engagement surveys) toidentify trends and inform culture prioritiesÂ

Leader Development and Coaching Â
Serves as aculture, change and inclusion subject matterexpert for leaders and teamsÂ
Designs, develops, and deliversdevelopment efforts on keyculture,engagement and inclusiontopics.Â
Leverages and applies assessmentson cultural competence,team effectiveness and leader effectiveness.Â

Enterprise Collaboration and PartnershipÂ
Supports IDEX Employee Groups as a vehicle to strengthen IDEX enterprise culture and leadership developmentÂ
Able to build andleverage relationships with third-partyvendor partners, talentorganizations and communityorganizations.Â
Actively supportsand initiates IDEX community service / volunteer efforts for cultural development and employee engagementÂ
Â
Education & Ideal Experience:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.Â
Proventrack record of10+ years of progressive experiencewith a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partner roles with a focus in these areas within large, complex transformational environmentsÂ

Technical/Functional ExpertiseÂ
Expertise in:Â
Creating fit-for-purpose standard work, playbooks, and tools for enterprise useÂ
Provides strategic guidance, playbooks, and governance for employee resource groups asa keycomponent of the organization’s broader culture and engagement strategyÂ
Partnering with HR and across business teams to deploy talent and culture initiatives to enable business strategy Â
Data analysis to recommend focus area/ inform a talent and culture roadmapÂ
Effectivevendor/partner mgmt. Â

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $158,600.00 - $237,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
