Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material control, and business operations.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or related areas.
• Good knowledge of operational systems such as MyNetwork, FBSS, KeyDI, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or SAP is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Fulfillment and Inventory operations across SAP, MyNetwork, and related systems to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and SLA achievement.
• Monitor equipment distribution, material allocation, and issue-return activities to identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to troubleshoot and resolve inventory, serial number, and transaction-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis of installation support issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical reports to support management decision-making and operational performance monitoring.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making
