SAP S2P (Jaggaer) Functional Engineer 

Grade :H15 

Location: Bangalore  

Signify is amid the design, build and deployment of a global greenfield S/4HANA solution. To support the deployment and ensure stable operations and continuous optimization, we are establishing a global application maintenance organization. 

TheSAP S2P (Jaggaer) Functional Engineer is responsibleoperational supportin S/4 HANA deployments and supporting and optimizingJaggaer solutionsandSAP S2P in a post go-live application maintenance environment. Collaborates within a global team and works closely with business stakeholders, partners and cross-functional teams to ensure stable, compliant and efficient procurement processes. The role focuses on functional support, issue resolution, system stability and operational effectiveness. 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

• Support Procurement Business Process Owners, key users and project teams in maintaining SAP S2P and Jaggaer solutions aligned to the global template and deploying the global S/4 HANA implementation on a local level. 

• Provide functional support across core Source-to-Pay processes including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Order management, and Invoice Processing. 

• Provide end-to-end functional support in an AMS environment including incident management, service requests, defect resolution and root cause analysis in line with agreed service levels. 

• Conduct impact analysis andtesting to support quality delivery of changes and enhancements. 

• Support S2P processes with strong integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Reporting domains. 

• Monitor system performance, operational issues and user feedback to ensure stable and efficient day-to-day procurement operations. 

• Support critical procurement cycles including supplier on-boarding, contract renewals, and period-end accruals, ensuring continuity and timely issue resolution. 

• Provide user support, functional guidance and knowledge sharing to enable consistent adoption and operational effectiveness. 

Critical Experiences and Skills 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 

• Hands-on experiencein Jaggaer and in SAP MM / S2P implementation and/or support. 

• Strong functional understanding of S2P processes includingCatalog Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, and e-Invoicing. 

• Experience working in a global application maintenance support or production support environment including stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Experience in system enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, testing and delivery of supportable business solutions. 

• Experience supporting critical procurement operations including high-volume transaction processing and vendor communication. 

• Good understanding of integration points between Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA, as well as adjacent business domains. 

• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum ways of working and service management practices. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. 

• Jaggaer orSAPcertificationin relevant modules is an advantage. 

• Ability to work effectively in a global, complex and highly integrated business environment. 

Grading Differentiators 

• Good knowledge of SAP S2P and Jaggaer functional processes and incident management practices. 

• Operates independently within assigned functional scope and delivers with limited supervision. 

• Able to resolve moderately complex functional issues acrossJaggaer and in integrated SAP processes.
