Freska is a Nordic home cleaning subscription service, founded in Finland in 2015 and now operating across Finland, Sweden and Norway — including our Swedish brand Hjälp Hemma. We've built an easy, tech-enabled way to book recurring home cleaning, and everything we do is guided by one idea: happy cleaners make happy customers. Today we're a team of 1,000+ people from more than 50 nationalities, and we're growing fast across the Nordics.

The role

We're looking for a proactive, versatile content creator to join our marketing team — someone who can take a piece of content from concept through to a finished ad, post, email or web page. You'll work with our existing content bank (video, photos, AI tools and creator/UGC material), and contribute new material yourself when it's needed to keep things authentic. You'll get to know the people who work at Freska — everyday heroes giving people back time and mindspace — and tell their stories.

What you'll do

• Plan and produce content for our paid ads & organic social medias (Meta & Google & Tiktok) that performs, for our Norwegian and Swedish markets – from concept to publish

• Write CRM emails that keep our subscribers engaged

• Create and update website content — copy and imagery

• Draw on our existing content bank, AI tools and creator/UGC material, and capture new material out in the field when it's needed — cleaners, customers, homes, office life — stepping in front of the camera yourself from time to time where needed. Hook-writing, mobile editing and using tools like CapCut / Canva / Premiere to get engaging and converting content

• Reply to comments and DMs to keep the community engaged

What you'll bring

• A track record of creating content that performs — for a brand, a business, or a strong personal channel (show us examples)

• Confident shooting and editing video yourself

• Comfortable both behind the camera and preferably on camera when a piece calls for it

• A good sense for what's working in social right now, and the copywriting skills to back it up across captions, emails and web pages

• Fluency in both Norwegian and Swedish is a major plus for this role (Swedish as a priority), since you'll be creating content for both markets — strong English is also required, since you will work in an international environment

• Curious about AI content tools and comfortable using them in your workflow

• Proactive, coachable and organized — you can manage your own content calendar and shoot schedule

What we offer

• Starting salary of approx. SEK 33,400–39,000/month gross if based in Sweden + a monthly performance bonus on top, tied to how your content drives subscriber and revenue growth
