Event Coordinator-Pinehurst Country Club-Seasonal

SUMMARY

Works with the Member Relations Manager in the planning, decorating and execution of special events for the Members of Pinehurst Country Club.  Also responsible for making sure décor items are properly cleaned and stored following the conclusion of events.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain specific items from the storage locations and setting them up as directed.

• Ensures that items are returned to their proper locations following the conclusion of the events.
• Assisting with the execution of the event i.e. registration, hosting, trivia nights, etc. as needed.
• Assist in the planning and decorating for major holidays and themed events.
• Organizes the storage of all décor items and manages inventories.

• Well-Organized with Excellent Multi-Tasking Abilities.
• Observe all safety and security procedures.  Use equipment and material properly.  Report potentially unsafe conditions.
• Be able to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. 
• Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, and Employees.
• Attend to scheduled meetings and special events as needed.
• Holidays and weekends availability.
