Overview:

This role involves digitalization of all Mortgage Credit Administration processes, strategic planning/actions for MG CRA AI digitalization journey and analyze/execute any cost saving initiatives within MG CRA operations. He or she requires to feedback and analyze up to date market and industry information and intelligence in order to continuously lead and manage the team of digitalization team within MG CRA department to be a market leader of MG CRA process in banking industry.

Job Responsibilities:

General

• Strategic Collaboration & Planning: Partner with internal and external stakeholders across all business levels to establish long-range strategic goals and align cross-functional teams toward shared business objectives.
• Market & Regulatory Intelligence: Research industry best practices, technology trends, and regulatory changes to develop competitive strategies and adapt current and future product portfolios.
• Initiative & Pilot Leadership: Lead new business initiatives, pilot programs, and bank-wide rollouts for the department, evaluating outcomes to recommend and implement strategic adjustments.
• Advisory & Vendor Negotiations: Serve as a subject matter expert advisory and key negotiator for third-party partnerships, ensuring the bank’s interests and assets are fully protected.

Digitization & Projects Management

• AI & Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Take overall accountability for running AI and digitization projects within the MG CRA department, aligning deliverables with the strategic digital roadmap.
• Project Governance & Control: Establish comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, maintaining strict controls to accurately track progress against milestones and user requirements.
• Risk Management & Process Compliance: Perform risk assessments for all assigned projects to enforce low/zero risk impact, execute mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with IT Audit and Group Risk and Compliance policies.
• Vendor & Deliverable Oversight: Evaluate and review all deliverables from consulting firms and vendors to ensure strict adherence to signed contracts, quality standards, and post-implementation performance metrics.

Operation Process Improvement

• Workflow Optimization & Standardization: Lead continuous business process improvement efforts to streamline, standardize, and optimize mortgage credit administration workflows and resource efficiency.
• Policy & SOP Governance: Establish, periodically review, and update departmental SOPs, operating procedures, policies, and standard loan/financing documents in response to regulatory and operational shifts.
• Operational Handover & User Support: Conduct system walkthroughs for end-users, document functional and technical requirements, and manage the smooth transfer of deliverables from project teams to operational support.
• Guidance & Management Reporting: Provide expert guidance to Mortgage Center staff on policy matters, prepare strategic memos for management approval, and deliver proactive feedback on portfolio monitoring and management.
