Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Coordinator, Media Reporting, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day media reporting, data validation, and performance analysis.. You will gather, organize and validate data across multiple channels to ensure reporting and dashboard outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do
Compile, organize and maintain media performance data across channels, including Paid Social, Online Video, Display, Audio, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Gift card programs
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support campaign tracking and performance analysis
Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within reporting outputs while supporting media performance analysis and optimization efforts.
Perform data validation and quality-assurance checks, identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies, or data-delivery issues for further review.
Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards and automated reporting tools and scheduled data feeds.
Support adherence to established data taxonomy, naming conventions, and reporting standards
Maintain and update media documentation and reporting templates
Partner with internal teams to gather data inputs and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements
Provide basic analysis and summarize performance trends to support team insights
Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with digital advertising
Experience working with data and visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Qlik, Google Data Studio)
